We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time.

The price you see for your lighting products is the price you pay. Shipping is always on us.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, our team begins preparing your lighting products for shipment. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
• Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after [CUTOFF TIME – e.g., 2:00 PM EST] may be processed the following business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include:

• A tracking number with a link to monitor your delivery in real time

During high-demand periods, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow extra time for delivery. We will always do our best to notify you of any known delays that may affect your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our lighting products to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please follow these steps:
• Damaged upon arrival: Please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emdandllc@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and your photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Package not received: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors and in any secure areas near your delivery address. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date, and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
• Package significantly delayed: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us, and we will follow up with the carrier to locate your shipment.
